YB Wong Chen delivered a keynote speech at the ANU Malaysia Institute on 24 September 2020. Wong Chen is a second term Member of Parliament (MP) from Parti Keadilan Rakyat. Formerly the MP for Kelana Jaya, he is now the MP for Subang. He won the Subang seat in May 2018 with a 83 per cent landslide.
He is the public policy technocrat responsible for the last four Pakatan Harapan Alternative Budgets. He specialises in economic, fiscal and international trade policy.
